I learned many things this week, for example how to play a song on the flute or how to make a PB & J sandwich (on this blog). All the things I learned this week will be helpful in my further life. But one thing I learned this week will be more important than all the other things I learned this week: Experiences and mistakes are some of the most important things in our life. I learned how to communicate with people I don't always understand, I learned how to act in a group of people I don't really know. I also learned how it is to make 100 mistakes a day when you speak or write. But what I really learned isn't making mistakes, no, it is how to learn out of mistakes and that you learn a lot out of mistakes you make. I made many new experiences since I am in Mason and also mistakes are experiences! Out of mistakes you learn how to do it the next time or how to act the next time. I also learned that you have to make mistakes to make progress. When you learned how to walk, if you would never have fallen on the floor you wouldn't know how it is to fall. But when you've fallen a couple times you know how to walk that you don't fall again. That's the same procedure always in our life and that is what I learned.
