BOB #3

Class this week was really cool.  I really liked how Mr. Jackson had us try to solve for X ourselves instead of just telling how it works.  When he was about half way through showing us how to simplify it I realized that it was creating an equation I had already used in math a few years ago.  I used to always be confused how all 4 types of quadratic formulas fit together.  Now it actually makes sense.  I especially liked how he made it into a competition instead of just a task.  It made the problem solving a lot more fun and kept a lot more people interested in the class.  I am getting very interested in this class because Mr. Jackson makes it so exciting.  all the equations finally make sense and my group and I had a lot of fun this week learning about them
