B.O.B- Muddy Point

When we started the rational functions unit in class, I was able to follow along fairly well. I understood how to find both the intercepts and I eventually understood how to find both asymptotes. My true problem came when we were graphing. I do not understand how to graph the middle portion and have no clue as to what it should look like. So I was not able to get any farther on the packet. Hopefully I will no longer have a "muddy point" after class tomorrow.
